Anchored Haven Services was created from a desire to offer something deeper than supervision alone. I believe people need more than care tasks — they need relationship, presence, encouragement, and spaces where they can truly flourish.
I also want families to know that the culture of this space is built intentionally. Along with my leadership, trusted male and female junior youth leaders help create a warm, respectful, and welcoming environment by modeling kindness, inclusion, responsibility, and positive peer connection.
Meet Our Dedicated Team
Naomi Pitre, SSW, ACSW
Founder, Program Lead, and Creator of the Belonging Pyramid Framework™. Naomi provides trauma-informed, person-centered, relationship-based support rooted in safety, belonging, and care.
Junior Youth Leaders
Trusted male and female junior youth leaders help model kindness, inclusion, responsibility, and positive peer connection, contributing to a welcoming and respectful culture.
Support Staff and Volunteers
Carefully screened individuals who support programming in alignment with the values of Anchored Haven Services and the relational approach guided by the Belonging Pyramid Framework™.
Leadership & Accountability
This environment is supported by a clear structure of leadership and accountability. Each person involved plays a role in helping maintain a safe, respectful, and well-supported space, with shared responsibility for upholding the values and approach that guide the program.
